The hotel's location is quite accessible to the walking streets and night market as well as the old quarter and Hoan Kiem lake. The staff is very friendly especially Dip (not sure about the spelling of his name). He is very accommodating and very nice. The hotel's lobby and reception area is at the ground level and it is not difficult to bring your heavy luggage inside. Elevator is available but kinda old.

location was perfect of this hotel. money exchange, old quarter, tour shops were near by. receptionist helped us in communicating with day tour companies. booked us cab. they have bike available for rent.

Location is good ..breakfast was so so ..almost all was vietnamese .there was no butter in breakfast margrin was there inspite of butter ...all other this was good

Location is super close to Old Quarter but far from the bustling noise. Food, Cafe, Restaurants are nearby. It’s very affordable. Easy to find.

Was in a good location - close to most things in the Old Town. Bed was large and comfy and tele had some English channels. Room was pretty cosy. we enjoyed our time there. Rooms were also cleaned and every day.

I wanted affordable accommodation near Long Bien bus station, near the airport bus stop. It wasn't far from Old Town. I loved the large windows and the views.

location is in old quarter, yet on the junction of a main road. walkable distance from the water puppet theatre and walking street/Night Market. The free buffet breakfast was good with many dishes.
